Reginald Oko-Flex Inya (born September 8) is a community organizer, social justice expert and entrepreneur, who has played a serious role in the empowerment of ethnic minorities in Ireland and wider Europe, including philanthropic works in Africa . He is a co-founder of New Communities Partnership (NCP), which is an independent national network of 175 immigrant led groups representing 75 nationalities with offices in Dublin, Cork and outreach in Limerick. Currently he is the Director of New Communities Partnership, but he actively participates in other organizations that promote diversity, integration, enterprise and minority empowerment. He is the Executive Public Relations, Media & Communications member of Nigeria Irish Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Nollywood Ireland Film Festival and the Founding Director of Dublin African Film Festival (DAFF).〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://dafilmfest.net/ )〕 Oko-Flex Inya was born in Afikpo, Nigeria and received a Certificate in Commerce from University College Dublin, a Human Resources Management Degree from Dublin Institute of Technology, and Masters of Arts in Management from Dublin City University. Oko-Flex Inya continues to work towards empowering minorities and in June 2014 he led the launch of Migrant Family Support Service, which was backed by New Communities Partnership (NCP) and Community Foundation for Ireland .
